Society on a sand base

I don't find a correct synonym for the Hindi saying "ret ka mahal". A closer word will be "House of cards". The way I look at it, our society is willfully turning into a house of cards. I am referring to the Indian society.  Traditionally Indian society opted for strong base. It always chose a firm and reliable structure and methods than temperory and shortcut methods. That is how the indian society grew through millennia alongwith the wisdom imparted by its wise from generation to generation. In Vedic period and later social conditions were always opted to be as stable as possible, giving a certain sense of stability to the mind and peace for the social economic activities. Need for change

The current regime of Patents and licences is highly deterrent for new entrants. If you consider the entire humanity as an organic unit then all the economical policies should be created in such a way that benefits to all the humanity. It needs a certain kind of elevated intelligence or enlightenment to understand this concept. The effects of allowing patents can be seen in the example of AC Vs DC wars in the US in 1880-90. It started with Edisons discovery of electric bulbs, and then several inventions he made. We all know that. But the sinister part of this seemingly altruistic scientific landscape was the patenting part. We allowed the inventor to decide on the use of the invention in a way he deemed it fit. We see that in the conflict between Edison and Tesla promoting their own patented electricity distribution mechanisms in the US. जब राजसत्ता विज्ञान का हथियार की तरह इस्तेमाल करे तो नैतिकता को भूलना पड़ता है। हर राजसत्ता विज्ञान के किसी भी प्रयोग को दूसरों को हानि पहुंचाने के लिए प्रयोग करती है तो उसके अपने आत्मरक्षा के तर्क होते हैं। लेकिन जब कोई हथियार ऐसा बन जाए जो पूरी मानवता को ही नष्ट कर सकने की क्षमता रखता हो तो जानना चाहिए की इस दिशा में और आगे नही जाना चाहिए। कोविड का वायरस भी इसी तरह के वैज्ञानिक प्रयोग का परिणाम था। अमेरिका ने चीन की जिस प्रयोगशाला को करोड़ों डॉलर देकर कोविड वायरस पर प्रयोग करवाए थे, उसी लैब के किसी कर्मचारी के कारण यह वायरस दूसरे लोगों में संक्रमित हुआ। अब तक मिली जानकारी से हमे यह पता चलता है की चीन की वुहान की जिस लैब से यह वायरस वुहान शहर में और फिर वहां से सारी दुनिया में फैला, इसे चीनी सरकार चला रही थी और उसे पैसा अमेरिकन सरकार दे रही थी। अमेरिकन सरकार की इस वायरस के निर्माण में सहभागिता इसी बात से जाहिर होती है की लाखों अमेरिकियों के कोविड से मारे जाने के बाद भी इसके उद्गम के बारे में चीनी सरकार से जवाब नही मांग रही है। कहते है कि दुसरो के लिए गड्ढा खोदोगे तो खुद उस

आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस बनाम निसर्ग और धर्म

आजकल आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस द्वारा स्वचालित मशीनों को बनाने की होड़ सी लगी हुई है। जैसे खाना बनाने वाली मशीन, जिसमे आप पाक कृति डाल दें और वह मशीन आपके लिए वह भोजन बना देगी। या मैन्युफैक्चरिंग के अलग अलग काम जो रिपिटिटीव होते है, उनको मशीनों से करवाने की कोशिश हो रही है। या किसी रेल स्टेशन का सूचना केंद्र है उसमे किसी रोबोट को बिठा दिया जाय तो वह उपलब्ध जानकारी को पूछनेवाले यात्री को बता सकेगा। यहां तक तो ठीक है कि इंसानों से किए जानेवाले काम आप स्वचालित यंत्रों से करवाएं लेकिन इससे आगे यह सोचना की यंत्रों में, जिसे अब आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस नाम दिया जा रहा है, मनुष्यों की तरह संवेदनाएं निर्मित की जा सकेंगी सरासर मूर्खता है। बिल गेट्स और मार्क जुकरबर्ग जैसे लोग भी आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस के विषय में मानते हैं कि मनुष्यों जैसी संवेदनाएं  यंत्रों के भीतर निर्मित की जा सकेंगी। वे यह भी मानते है कि यंत्र भी कभी स्वतंत्र रूप से सोचेंगे और व्यवहार करेंगे।  अब तो उन्होंने ऐसी धारणा बनाई है कि यंत्र आगे विकसित होकर मनुष्यों से अधिक प्रगट प्रजाति बनेंगे। असल में वे जो भी बनाएंगे वो म

ओशो का रशिया के नाम संदेश

भारत के पररष्ट् मंत्री इस समय रशिया के दौरे पर गए हुए है। भारत और रशिया के संबंध आज भी मजबूत है। जब गोरबोचेव सोवियत यूनियन में खुलापन और स्वतंत्रता लाने की बात कर रहे थे उस समय ओशो ने अपने प्रवाचनों में गोर्बाचोव को इस बात से चेताया था कि सोवियत राशियां में पिछले सत्तर वर्षों में लोगों को जिस प्रकार के जीवन शैली में रहना पड़ा था, उसमे भले ही वे कष्ट और अभाव का जीवन जिया लेकिन लोगों में एक मासूमियत है। जो पश्चिम के लोगों में खो गाई है। इसलिए सोवियत संघ के लोगों को अचानक से सारी दुनिया के सामने एक्सपोज कर देना उनके लिए हितकर नहीं सिद्ध होगा। उन्हे पहले इस बात के लिए तैयार किया जाए। ओशो ने उन्हे यह भी कहा था की सोवियत संघ के लोगों की मासूमियत के कारण वे धर्म में अच्छी गती कर सकेंगे, इसलिए उन्होंने अपने संन्यासियों को ध्यान सिखाने के लिए राशियां भेजने का भी प्रस्ताव दिया।  आज हम ओशो ने जताई हुई आशंकाओं को प्रकट होता हुआ देख रहे है। जो पहले एक ही संयुक्त राष्ट्र था, उसके अलग अलग भागों में बांट कर उन्हे आपस में लड़ाया जा रहा है, यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।
